Ajwain or Carom Seeds

Rock Salt or Sendha Namak:

Cumin Seeds or Jeera

Pure asafoetida or Hing

How to Use Hinwashtaka Churna ?

Hingvasta churna must be used with ghee along with hot rice. It should be used with the first bolus. The recommended dose should not exceed 1- 3 gms per day.

Consume ¼ teaspoon of Higvashtak churna with an equal quantity of ghee before consuming food.  It is a boon for foodies who want to relish food without landing up in indigestion. This can be taken in divided doses.

This should be strictly taken under medical supervision. People suffering from ulcers of the digestive system must refrain from using this.

Hingwastak powder may cause exaggeration of piles in pregnant ladies and may also cause acidity. Hence persons with haemorrhoids, peptic ulcer, and pregnant ladies should use this under strict medical supervision.
