1 cup Milk of your choice (whole, almond, coconut etc.)
5 grams Ashwagandha powder
1 Tsp Sugar 
1 Tsp Cardamom Powder
1 Tsp Turmeric Powder  
1 pinch of Nutmeg Powder  

Method Of Preparation 
  1. Add 4 cups milk and 10 grams Ashwagandha Powder.
  2. Add sugar, cardamom powder, elaichi powder,turmeric powder. 
  3. Bring to simmer until it turns to a thick consistency. 
  4. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes. Serve and Enjoy!
