Quinoa is one of the world's most popular health foods.Now a days ypu can find in most of the suoer markets and health food stores.
What makes #quinoa so super food ?
_ Its amazing nutritional values .
Quinoa is gluten-free, high in protein and one of the few plant foods that contain all nine essential amino acids.
It is also high in fibre, magnesium, B vitamins, iron, potassium, calcium, phosphorus, vitamin E and various beneficial antioxidants
It is Very High in Fibre, Much Higher Than Most Grains.
Its gluten free. A gluten-free diet can be healthy, as long as it’s based on foods that are naturally gluten-free.
Problems arise when people eat gluten-free foods made with refined starch
So this is a perfectly balanced lunch recipe.
Saute whichever vegetables you have available in small amount of oil.
Once the vegetables turned little soft add water and washed #quinoa.
Mix well and add required amount of Salt and season with fresh or dry herbs like Coriander, Parsley .
Add spices like Turmeric,coriander powder,cumin powder, black pepper ,chilli flakes ,cloves,cinnamon and cook in the pressure cooker for up to 2 whistles.
Have it when its warm with whole spoonful of Ghee .
