SIMPLE HERBAL TONIC



The following simple AYURVEDIC herbal tonic,to build strength and energy is a very effective if taken regularly.

This is actually a food remedy than a herbal one.

We all are very well aware of how powerful Dates  are when it comes  to build strength and energy. And this recipe includes Dates.

What you will need

PITTED ORGANIC DATES- 4 to 5 per day 

The only preparation you will need for this tonic is ,soaking the Dates previous night in glass of water.Isn't it simple.
The next morning,you will just simply blend these soaked dates in the blender and drink the mixture.
That is it.... Easy ,simple but very effective.

This simple Dates liquid will give you slow release sugar through out the day,keeping you energetic and it will increase your strength too.

Once you have started to take this, you can use your imagination to improve on the recipe by adding some more healthy ingredients like  Banana, cardamom, Almonds and many more.
